Saving requests an immediate controller-config refresh from the primary address. Controller-derived name and secondary address values may subsequently be updated. SignalR uses the primary host for the announcement snapshot and live feed, and picks up saved changes within five seconds. IEDNet remains active for system status and fallback reports when it is enabled in application configuration.
